Hello fellow foodie internet-ers!
My name is Lisa and I am a pescatarian foodie/cook, which means I don’t eat meat other than fish. I started eating a predominately plant based diet when I was 17, for ethical reasons and for health reasons but also because I love creating interesting and beautiful plant based recipes. I have travelled extensively so my recipes are born from the different places and cultures I have experienced.
So, Pineapple! Pineapple! brings you fresh, sugar-free, organic (where possible) pescatarian recipes. Where I think it is ethically ok to do so, I will also bring you the odd meat recipe that I have created for meat eaters, but I will always use free range, ethically sourced meat products.
Currently I live with my husband in Auckland, New Zealand and we love all things food. When I’m not in the kitchen cooking, I’m generally scouring food books, or scouring internet recipes or scouring restaurants for recipes that I can adapt to my pescatarian ways.
I love fresh, organic, well cooked food that is ethically sourced, but that is quick and easy to make! Each week I will aim to bring you some new delicious things to whip up, and if you don’t have time to make it you can at least admire the photos! 😉
Enjoy!

Creamy, crumbly, yummy! This quick recipe serves as a main or can be served up as a tasty side salad.
